My husband and I stayed at Fairlawns on Friday and Saturday as we were visiting friends and celebrating my husbands birthday . The room was lovely, clean ,spacious and the beds so comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty and set you up for the day. Staff at Fairlawns are friendly, welcoming and cheery. Nothing was too much trouble. The guest... More

Myself and my husband stayed at Fairlawns over the Easter bank holiday weekend to attend a wedding. This same road has several other guest houses and hotels but we were very happy with our choice! We stayed in one of the annexe rooms which was very neat, well equipped and most importantly had a very comfy bed! The owners and... More

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Stayed 2 nights in an annexe triple room. Warm welcome on arrival by Helen, who kindly gave us a map of local area, and places to eat/visit. We agreed it was a thoughtful touch. The room was so warm and comfortable, fresh crisp bed linen and fluffy clean white towels. Toiletries, and tea/coffee facilities, WiFi... More

Our ferry was delayed arriving in Portsmouth which meant we weren't due in Banbury until midnight. I telephoned the owners and they left the lights on in one of their chalets and the key in the door, plus car parking directly outside. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Staff really helpful and pleasant.

Nice nice nice little place well not so little πŸ˜€ stopped here twice now with work and what a lovely place to stay short little work to banbury where there's lots of places to eat. The car park is a bit tight but I do drive a large van would definitely recommend πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

Handy location, walking distance into town. Very clean, nice rooms, cheerful friendly staff. Building presents as a large converted house upon first arrival but they also have a number of rooms in an extension to the rear which shields you from traffic noise - no problem sleeping. Visit Banbury regularly and usually stay with friends but this was a nice... More

From a long day, walking around Banbury shopping we arrived at Fairlawns to be greeted by very friendly staff, we were shown our room immediately and asked if we needed anything. The room was so spacious and spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the location of the room and the view out of the window. In the... More

We needed accomodation for two nights in order to attend a family funeral so we primarily chose Fairlawns for its location and dog friendliness (we had our two small four-legged family with us). However we were delighted with the room, the friendly customer service and the lovely breakfasts! The fact that we were likely to arrive late was not a... More

On arrival we were upgraded to a family room which was much bigger than the double room which we were meant to stay in. We asked if there were any nice places to eat and the place which was recommended was very nice - only came second to the breakfast at fairlawns. All in all a fantastic stay in a... More
