We stayed here recently in one of the two bed lodges at the back of the hotel, on the golf course and we absolutely loved it and had a great stay. My wife and I have a 15 month old daughter so staying in one hotel room really isn't an option as neither I or my daughter end up sleeping.... More

We stayed in this holiday for a weekend only. The only good point was the family room - it was very big. Beds were fresh and sheets white and crisp. Bad points: We didnt feel welcome on arrival. People on reception just done their boring job i guess. Water in pool was cold! We had a toddler who was freezing... More

We got the one night b&b and 3 course meal deal for €109 (2 ppl) which we thought was excellent value. Lovely golf course , room was ok , food was good not excellent, was really busy in bar/restaurant but service was quite prompt. Breakfast next morning was excellent, food lovely and fresh. Overall we would return if in area.

Had a 2 day stay and played golf on the course attached to the hotel. Hotel is a very aspirational 4star but ok for short stay. Enjoyed the golf and would have played twice but it rained. Friendly staff throughout the hotel, def ask for course view room and don't expect too much excitement from the menu.

Excellent staff and really enjoyed break. One of the party thought breakfast should have a selection of cold meats and cheeses as he did not want a fry. Another of the party thought the pool was too cold and no kiddies pool and too deep for our grandchild to stand in. However arm bands sorted that out and he had... More

Nice modern hotel. Nice location. Found staff friendly and courteous. Food was tasty and enjoyable. Could have been a bit more atmosphere in the bar the night we stayed i.e. music etc.. Found the serving of baileys v expensive for what we got.

Booked because rate offered was excellent and when checking the property on line it seemed to have everything we wanted. Property looked good but nobody seemed to care about our arrival, only staff member in the lobby was on the phone and totally ignored us. The room we finally got allocated was on the first floor overlooking the car park... More

Stayed for 2 nights b & b with 1 evening meal (main course) and 1 round of golf. Cost €119 for couple. Outstanding value. Bedroom accommodation was excellent. We were upgraded to a suite. The common areas are in need of a revamp but are adequate. The bar and dining area are busy with families and service can be slow.... More
