The Chepstow Hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from the centre and so in that respect it is quiet and out of the way. Reception area is nice food ok but typical basic pub grub, steak scampi all the usual suspects. Hotel is in need of a serious makeover, both old and new rooms are shocking the sort of place where you consider sleeping fully clothed. Certainly wouldn’t recommend it more
