when booking in, my wife and i were asked to write on a piece of paper our credit card number in full along with the security number, when asked why, we were told that after we vacated the room, if we had trashed it they would be able to recover the repair costs. After a discussion about the possible legality... More

Can't say I'll be eating here anytime soon after a recent meal where the chips were so brown and over-cooked they spoilt the overall meal. Staff who also hadn't a clue about the menu and what was available was the first warning sign, and if this place wants to be taken seriously as somewhere decent to dine, then some basic... More

Stairs heading to the rooms passed the toilets are disgusting. Should take a leap out of that cleaner who sorts the pub floor and toilets out. She is the best. Always clean & tidy. The house maids if I should call them that should be ashamed.

Ordered 6oz jalapeno burger with sour cream and salsa. Waited ages even though it was not busy. What came looked like a tiny dog poo in a bun. Jalapeños but no sour cream with salsa, maybe 2oz splodge of mince if I'm being generous.

Very sorry to hear about your poor experience. Our burgers are home made with our own special mix, weighed to 6oz and then hand pressed into a burger pate. We prep these everyday so save time when customers order, on occasions our prep will run out and our chefs will have to make these to order which might explain why... More

Visited this hotel for a Sunday lunch whilst watching the rugby with friends and found the meal to be absolutely delicious. I had the roast beef, which was excellent. All the staff were very efficient and friendly, and the Hotel had a good atmosphere and standard of decor. I would highly recommend a visit!
