We stayed two nights in a large front room with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and obliging. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection well cooked and presented. Dunkeld is an interesting centre to visit although eating out is pretty basic in the hotels there. Do not miss Glamis Castle. We stayed here for one night midweek in November 2003 and thought it was excellent. Food was 5* and beautifully presented and room was wonderful. A fine example of how to modernise an old place, making modern features look like they have always been there. more
