The hotel is tired and having read the reviews, I was a little concerned but open minded. No worries, the staff were excellent with Barrie overseeing operations. The rooms were tired... More

We booked at the last minute so were happy to get get a front facing room. The view was lovely and the room was bright. This made up for the dreadful impression the lobby gives. It is extremely shabby. The food was basic but tasty. We were alarmed to see three busses drive up and wondered how they would cope... More

We stayed for 1 night break, on arrival there was a huge laundry cage in front of the reception and the stairway to the rooms, oh dear we did'nt expect the member of staff dealing with it to proceed to throw the bags all over the place ! quite unsightly for guests arriving. Our room was basic and the bathroom... More
