I stayed here during my diving course in Dunoon. My first impression of the Dutch owners was not very good at all. I was read a list of rules and restrictions and I didn't feel like they appreciated my business at all. They have a dog that barks loudly, noisy single glazed windows, the tumble dryer shakes the whole property... More

I stayed here for 7 weeks whilst I trained in commercial diving. It is a comfortable, warm and friendly place to stay. The owners are welcoming, polite and very friendly. The house is tidy, clean and has all the facilities you could possibly need, including an excellent laundry service. The breakfast is superb, plenty to eat and a very high... More

I spent 4 weeks in the Craigieburn Guest house during my diving course in the Professional Diving Academy. I had a really good welcome from Djapko, the owner, and he drove me to the school the first day. Quiet place and really good scottish breakfasts.

Doing a course at the PDA here in Dunoon means you are a long time from home. We try to give you that "home from home" feeling. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. Whatever course you will do at the PDA, you are more than welcome. More

Craigieburn was perfect for the needs of our trip (15 walkers staying over Easter). The guesthouse was very comfortable, the owners were delightful and they do a super cooked breakfast. It was great that they catered for everybody’s different breakfast preferences. It’s difficult to think how they could improve on that though possibly some fruit would be an easy way... More

Stayed here recently. Proprietors friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Not en suite, however dressing gown included for the dash to the shower etc. My room had an excellent view of the Firth of Clyde and Cloch Lighthouse. Would recommend.

I had a beautiful front room with ocean view! Lovely bay window. Bed was so comfortable, good amenities in the room. Shared bathroom upstairs, was a bit of a hike for a wee in the middle of the night. Great location, a short walk to restaurants for dinner. Great breakfast service. Felt very welcome.
