Great location. Great views. Great owners. Great breakfast. Just great!! Stopped here for 1 night while visiting PDA. I chose based on it being recommend and its reviews. Was warmly welcomed by the owner. Who is absolutely one of the most nicest, helpful people I've had the pleasure of meeting. My room was spotlessly clean and I had a memory... More

I stayed in this B&B whilst interviewing in the area. I had a fab wee room overlooking the water. Very comfortable and done up to a good standard. Breakfast was very tasty and the hosts are lovely. Only complaint I can make is that the breakfast wasn't very scottish. No potato scones, black pudding, haggis or fruit puddling on offer.... More

We stayed a couple of nights recently and very much enjoyed our visit to the Cowal Peninsula. Our hosts at Craigieburn could not have been more helpful or friendly. The accommodation was comfortable and the breakfasts - especially the hash browns and scrambled eggs - were the best I have ever had! We plan to visit Dunoon again sometime and... More

I stayed here for 6 weeks of my 8 week diving course and I enjoyed it! I had viewed other places and chose The Craigieburn over other places due to Tjapko's and Jennie's wonderful personalities, always ready with a laugh and a helping hand! They have a particular love for Scotland and are quite knowledgeable. They are also used to... More

We called up on the night of our arrival and were welcomed 15 minutes later. The owners were very friendly and helpful, advising us where to eat and drink that evening. The room was clean and warm. I stayed here during my diving course in Dunoon. My first impression of the Dutch owners was not very good at all. I was read a list of rules and restrictions and I didn't feel like they appreciated my business at all. They have a dog that barks loudly, noisy single glazed windows, the tumble dryer shakes the whole property... More
