This was our second visit and everything was just as brilliant as last time. Great food, [ in fact the best of the whole weeks holiday ] spacious rooms, fabulous views and owners who really go the extra mile. Thank you Colin and Christine, we hope to be back soon.

Great stay here, ran by the nicest people! Excellent service, spacious rooms, classic view, tasty fresh home cooked food from local products and a welcoming atmosphere.

Spent a lovely weekend here. Lovely comfortable room overlooking the sea. Owner Colin very hospitable. Made us and our dog very much at home and then cooked us a wonderful dinner and breakfast. Small, quiet and comfortable. A great place for a romantic break.

Do not hesitate about visiting this hotel, you will not be disappointed. We had a perfect 2 night stay in a lovely garden facing room and the Molton Brown Toiletries and the complimentary chocolates gave it that extra luxurious feel. The abbots brae was a fantastic setting for the wedding of Chris and Lindsey. The views breath taking, the location was stunning, the hotel set back into its own grounds off the main road was key.
