16 years of great service and hospitallity. Makes our Submariners Memorial weekend that much better. Sandra and Matt will always give you a very warm welcome, and very attentive. This small hotel overlooks the water in Dunoon and has a pretty garden.The owners are friendly and very helpful. It needs a drastic overhaul to bring it into the 21st Century.It is very clean and warm but all the decor is tired and dated.Definitely stuck in the early 80's. more

Great hotel, excellent welcome when we arrived. Room was nice and there is an excellent lounge for guests overlooking the water. Was really impressed with this hotel and found the costs very reasonable. Would definitely stay again. more

Just returned from a lovely weekend break at the St. Ives in Dunoon. Stayed in a beautiful room overlooking the sea (The Arran room). Hotel decor is dated but spotless. Hotel has a wonderful big lounge with sea view. Lovely gardens also on sea front with no road to spoil the view. Above average breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owner.... more
