Stayed in one of the parks lodges with a hot tub, was more like a static caravan in a lodge shape, accommodation was nice, although a bit small, hot tub was nice and clean. Ate at the Hunters Bar and Grill one night which was a complete waste of money, food was burnt and staff took this as a joke,... More

Myself, husband and our 14 and 9 year old daughters stayed last week in a privately owned lodge. The lodge was highly disappointing and appeared to be the worst kept on site! From a site point of view I would have expected that owners have to keep their lodge to a certain standard but clearly not in this case! I... More

Clean, modern, well-laid out caravans. Good facilities for children; swimming pool, soft play and outdoor play. Not too busy during the school holiday as most of the Scottish children had just returned to school. Spectacular views. Beautiful golf course nearby. Friendly & helpful staff. Only downside is that to use the Western Ferry to get to Dunoon cost £94 return... More

This place is marketed really well. It is made out that there is so much to do but in reality there is little around for a family with teenagers. We took part in none of the activities because they either didn't live up to expectations or were over priced. Pool is good, that's where most of the boys time was... More

Argyll holidays has the nicest holiday villages in Scotland. Every year we visit hunters quay with my husband and 2 girls age 5 & 2. It has lovely walks to take the dog and the staff are so great with the kids. This year we even brought my in laws to celebrate my mother in laws 60th. Definitely recommend it... More

Just returned from a two week holiday at Hunters Quay Very clean and the grounds well cared for night entertainment not to our liking but it is more for the younger generation. That said we did have a very nice relaxing holiday the only down side is the lack of disabled facility's when the weather is bad ( quite a... More

I've just returned from a weekend break with pensioners and children and loved our stay although I would say the park is more suited to weekend breaks. If you book a week it might not be enough if the weather isn't great. I was aware how big and spread out the park is and due to my mum having mobility... More

Stayed in my boyfriend's family's caravan during my tour of Scotland. So much to do here, I only stayed for a couple of nights, but was fully satisfied with the experience, just wish I'd had more time to do more of the activities. Plan to return on my next visit to Scotland!

Had a great time here despite pretty miserable weather which it has to be said the younger element didn't seem to notice! Lodges are spacious and well equipped. Big plus is the restaurant..very good food and staff who made light of kids dithering over the menu and changing seats every two seconds! Lots of entertainment for kids of all ages....swimming...
