Stayed in a premier caravan for New Year week. The caravan, pool and bar are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Staff were all really helpful and the service in the bar was great. I didn't like the entertainment bar & the entertainment was duff. But it's not my thing. Never went to the new year party £39 a head is... More

Having paid £39.50 per person to attend the Hogmanay party night at the Holiday Centre what was offered up food and entertainment wise was a complete rip off. Singer was sub standard, poor sound and lighting systems in place, dust on central lighting console was covered in dust, potential fire risk. Food presented was inexcusable, just bacon rolls with excessive... More

Thank you for your recent feedback. We are sorry that you feel that Hogmanay didn't live up to your expectations. We fully appreciate that £39.50 is a large amount to charge. We aimed the entertainment package this year fully towards families as we are family holiday resort, with kids games and prizes from 7.30pm. The food offering was indeed as... More

We stayed in one of the comfort lodges for a long weekend. The lodge was lovely and warm for our arrival. Very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was very easy and the girl was very helpful. We used the swimming pool each day, again very clean and was never busy. Great large pool, steam room and sauna.... More

The park is lovely. As an owner I see park continually developing. I would advise ppl to go into tourist info office in town as there is so much to experience in the area. You don't need stuck to the site and paying for all activities. I find it bad that you still have to pay for soft play and... More

The caravan was not up to the usual level of lovely. Over looking the shop and gas canisters was less than appealing or peaceful. The views around were as spectacular as ever. The children`s play area with wall etc is a little tired looking. The eatery is over priced for what it is. Caravan was clean though and we will... More

Had a nice break away with my family for the October week. We rented out a lodge privately and the price was good for the 7 of us. The views were absolutely beautiful from the lodge and also surrounding areas. If you have young kids with you there is a lovely wee park not far from hunters quay which is... More

Thank you for your recent feedback. As you didn't book direct with the park, your private booking didn't give you access to the main road system within the park which is well maintained. The access that you used doesn't belong to the Holiday Park. More

Returned from a 3 day break here with my sister, niece and her 8 yr old daughter. The site is well located views are breathtaking and the whole place is spotless. We had a lovely, relaxing long weekend in a 2 bedroom hot tub lodge. The accommodation was clean and well appointed, and the setting and views were fantastic!
