Wow what a place, lots to do, super friendly staff always friendly and helpful. Even an adventure to get there via the ferry. The lodgers are well spaced out with a wide choice of size and facilities some with the most amazing views. The grounds are well kept and cared for. The facilities are as good with a great pool,... Hunters Quay is fantasitc if your looking for a break away. I have been for the last 3 years in a row in October with my friends, so much fun. We had taken the largest lodge which sleeps 8 and this has a hot tube, which was fun. We also visited for nights out down to the town of dunoon... More

We stayed at a lodge here and can only but rate it very highly. No problems at all and the facilities and entertainment for the young kids was great with a magic show, rusty the squirell and discos each evening, bingo and other stuff too. The restaurant was great and food was great too. Swimming pool clean and plenty of... More

Just back from mon -fri holiday. Complex is lovely really enjoyed the pool/ sauna. Poor show that ALL activities have to be paid for including soft play which is a bit of a shame for folks who are on a budget. My kids were 13, 12, 10 & 7. They did laser combat which was their favourite but do take... More

An enjoyable holiday. My Wife and I with our two sons plus our well behaved pet dog stayed here for 7 nights. We all enjoyed the Hot Tub (not including our dog), but with the weather that week being very Sunny and Hot the Hot Tub temperature could have been a little cooler, a minor factor. The Lodge was clean... More

Took my eight and a five year old sons here for the week, and it's actually our third time at Hunter's Quay, and we'll certainly be back. They've put a lot into improving the facilities and activities for the kids, and the roadway around the lodges and caravans clearly has a 'right of way' for small children on bikes, as... More

We have just returned from a week break away and we all really enjoyed our time away. Our daughter is just over 2 years and she had an absolute ball! The food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced. Special mention to Aidan I believe his name was, he was brilliant with all the children and Lily thought he... More

We have just returned from a few days in Hunters Quay. We all had a great time. The lodge was basic but clean. Was a little worried after reading some of the other reviews so thought I would put one on for future guests. Pool was fine, staff were great, special mention for Ben who took the Explorer activity he... More

My partner and I stayed here the last week in may, in one of the "Rowan comfort plus" lodges. Upon arrival we were firstly told that as we booked through hoseasons, there would be an additional charge for gas and electric, something we were not expecting (why not just make the lodges a little more expensive to cover the cost,...
