The guesthouse was fine. Our room (#6) was not large, but plenty big enough for one night before crossing through the Channel Tunnel. Not sure I would have wanted to stay for much longer in that size room, though. Sarah, the owner, was very helpful. The walk from the guest house to the centre of Folkestone was not nice, through... Thank you for taking the time to do a review. We are sorry that you found the room small and the parts of the area poor. Like most town there are places that are not always as nice as others, I am sure this is the case near wherever you live. Folkestone has been named as one of the top... More

My friend and I had two rooms overnight. Sarah greeted us with a warm welcome. I had a ground floor room leading to a courtyard which was lovely to sit and relax with a glass of wine. My friend had a room on the first floor with access to a balcony. Both rooms were clean and spacious and the beds... More

Ideally located for the Channel Tunnel, we were delighted to have found this welcoming and family-friendly Guest House. The meal at the end of a long trip down from Cheshire on our outward journey was just right and very welcome. Rooms were great and had the space to accommodate travel cot for Grandson - everybody slept well. With the Tesco... More

We came here a couple of weeks ago and it more than surpassed our expectations. The owners were very friendly and helped us with any need we had during our stay. There was more than enough space in our room - which was kept very clean and we more than appreciated the homemade complimentary biscuits the owners provided! The food... More

We stayed her 2 adults and 3 children on our outward bound journey to France. We shared a family bedroom which was adequate in size with a double, a bunk bed and a z bed. I was worried when I first booked as it did not have an en-suite, however there were two bathrooms both clean and readily available should... More

My sister & I stayed overnight with our children before crossing to France as it's only a ten minute drive to the Eurotunnel terminal. The room was lovely & clean, the landlady was exceptionally friendly and helpful - a perfect start to our holiday!
