Ideally located for the Channel Tunnel, we were delighted to have found this welcoming and family-friendly Guest House. The meal at the end of a long trip down from Cheshire on our outward journey was just right and very welcome. Rooms were great and had the space to accommodate travel cot for Grandson - everybody slept well. With the Tesco... More

We came here a couple of weeks ago and it more than surpassed our expectations. The owners were very friendly and helped us with any need we had during our stay. There was more than enough space in our room - which was kept very clean and we more than appreciated the homemade complimentary biscuits the owners provided! The food... More

We stayed her 2 adults and 3 children on our outward bound journey to France. We shared a family bedroom which was adequate in size with a double, a bunk bed and a z bed. I was worried when I first booked as it did not have an en-suite, however there were two bathrooms both clean and readily available should... More

My sister & I stayed overnight with our children before crossing to France as it's only a ten minute drive to the Eurotunnel terminal. The room was lovely & clean, the landlady was exceptionally friendly and helpful - a perfect start to our holiday!

Family of three we stayed in Room 1 with garden access, when en-route to France via the tunnel. Very friendly welcome, good breakfast, so a good place to rest and break up the journey. The room would be a bit of a squash for an extended stay, but fine for our brief stay.

Thanks for the review. Yes, we do advise customers that 3 is a squeeze in that room for more than 1 night. The z bed is very light and can be easily packed away in the morning if you need more room. We hope that you had a good time to Europe and are now home safely. Regards Sarah and... More

The most friendly and helpful landlady I have ever come across. She went out of her way to make it a pleasant experience for us. Very thoughtful and considerate of her guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it is a short walk or bus ride to the centre of folkestone.
