i have been here a few times and it seems to get better every time, great for all types of people who love to just go and explore. the views are amazing, and if you ever forgot anything there are lots of local shops you can pop to.

I have recently returned from an extended driving holiday with my friends in Holland and France. We decided to book our return stay for a few days in Folkestone's Little switzerland Campsite. We have had an excellent three days there and will be using the site as a stopping place to and from European ventures. Thankyou to all the friendly... More

A very nice site nestled under the white cliffs of Folkestone, fantastic views across the channel from the Cafe.. nice walks but you may need to be fit as its quite along way down to beach,we took the car to Sandy Beach and then walked to Folkestone Harbour to buy fresh fish..toilets near the reception are clean but a bit dated,the... Only tried this place a few weeks ago as having heard good things about it. Beautiful, peaceful location that gives a different view of the Warren, The food was well prepared and good portions. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning.

Spent two nights here over the weekend in our camper van. Facilities are a bit shabby but adequate and are also a bit of a hike from camper van / caravan pitches. Lovely views from some areas of site (not from camping area though), cafe looked nice although we didn't use it. Site seemed a bit expensive for what it... More

Stayed here for two nights. Showers are ice cold. The site manager watches you none stop. Pitches are on top of each other no privacy, you do not get to pick your pitch. Beautiful view if you stand by the restaurant not much view from pitches.

We've just come home after spending two nights camping at Little Switzerland. Lived in and around Dover all our lives and cannot believe we've never stayed here before. The views are magnificent, the campsite is clean with many "private" plots to camp in. The cafe/bar is a delight and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. We will return very... More

Stayed here recently for a weekend with my husband in our campervan. When my husband rang for availability he was advised that they were expecting a group of children that they have staying there every year. We went anyway and were pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place is. It is tucked away behind a housing estate but don't let... More

This was my first camping trip in a very long time and I am happy to say that this site exceeded my expectations. We only stayed one night as a trial for me but I will definitely stay longer next time. We were given a pitch in a quiet corner with 4 pitches so it was very quiet and peaceful.... More

We've just come back from 4 days at this campsite. Firstly, the positives. Friendly and helpful staff, great views and good food at the cafe (we'll be returning on a day trip to have some more homemade cake!). On the negative side, the facilities are a bit shabby and in need of modernising. There are 2 men's shower cubicles, and... More
