We stayed at the Wycliffe before travelling on the Eurotunnel early the next morning. After a long, tiring motorcycle ride down from Cheshire, we received a very friendly greeting and were provided with secure parking in the garden. There was an honesty bar which we used. Then had a very tasty and substantial meal (no dessert needed). We didn't have... More

We stayed here for 1 night before the early morning chunnel. The landlady was very friendly and we parked our bikes in the back garden overlooking the Church. The rooms were very clean and nicely laid out with a good size shower room. The landlady directed us to some local pubs for a few drinks before an early rise the... More

Stayed here on both outbound and inbound journey to France to break up the journey, both Mike and Kate were very welcoming, offered off street parking for our motorbike. Room was clean and tidy and was just what we needed. Breakfast was excellent Will return again next time we use the Channel Tunnel

Everything from the moment we booked this hotel to leaving was incredibly easy because the staff are so incredibly helpful. We booked two double ensuite rooms for single occupancy and just before arriving added a third without any problem. The price for the size of the room was fab, very clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast was very nice, staff very... More

Our second stay at Wycliffe when house hunting. Kate and Mike very welcoming. Clean, homely atmosphere. In the evening, it still being winter my wife and I elected to eat in rather than go out to a local restaurant. Mike cooked us up generous portions of good homely meals. Recommend the Wycliffe unhesitatingly. We'll stop there again, before our purchase... More
