Having read reviews we were concerned about staying at the Burstin but value for money we were very satisfied. All staff without exception were helpful, cheerful and tolerant. Unimpressed doesn't really go far enough to describe how I felt about staying at this hotel. It's old, grotty and poorly-equipped. Having read the reviews in advance, I was concerned about staying at the hotel. However, the coach trip was already paid for so had to make the best of it. In selecting this hotel, I turned to Trip Advisor to get a travelers perspective and felt confident in my selection. I chose this hotel mainly for location as I had to be near a family member's home in Folkestone and this hotel was perfect for that.
