Expectations were not very high, but we didn't expect it to be quite so bad. Very helpful and friendly owner. Beds were clean, room was an absolute disaster! Toilet and shower area was exceptionally dirty, shower tray did not drain when used. We could not get to sleep until about 3am due to noise in room above. Never again! more
We have just returned from a short break in kent and were due to stay in this hotel, but we all felt unsafe, no smoke alarms broken floors, windows dont open and no hot running water. we left after 30 mins. We stayed at this hotel overnight before going to France. It is awful!! The whole hotel needs re-wiring, the kettle in our room wouldn't witch off as it was supposed to do and nearly boiled dry while I was in the shower, there were no smoke alarms in the rooms or corridors, it smelt musty. more
After walking out of the Burstin Hotel in Folkestone, due to the overall attitude of the staff the purely disgusting food and the general shabbiness of the rooms and overall hotel i found that the windsor hotel was a great 20th birthday present, and Wow what a present that was, everything about the hotel was fantastic, it was extremely clean... more
