I would like to recommend this hotel. This hotel is very clean and tidy. It has a perfect location and a perfect staff who are very friendly and helpfull. I gave 5 STAR. Because it has all you need. Big room, coffee or tea in each room, and TV. I will visit again.

Stayed for one night after coming off the channel tunnel. We were delayed and informed the hotel we would be late which wasn't a problem. Arrived and had a quick drink. The girl behind the bar was friendly. As were people in the bar. Got to the room and was practically straight in bed. Wasn't the comfiest bed but slept... More

Please do not even consider staying at this hotel it is dirty, uncomfortable, noisy, too old you do not have a chance to get any rest at this hotel. I did not even take the risk of my kids taking a shower here! When it gets to the breakfast the bad experience continues, just too expensive for what you get!

We stayed in a family room at the hotel for one night before going to France via the Channel Tunnel. Positives are that the hotel is very close to the tunnel (5 min drive) and is right on the seafront. The hotel itself is awful - it is in need of updating everything is tired and dated. There was mould... More

If you want somewhere cheap to spend the night before catching the ferry or just for one night then price wise, this is hard to beat. The bed was comfortable but basic with blankets (no duvets). My curtains were barely hanging at the window as there were only two hooks on each curtain. The window wouldn't close as it was... More

I didn't find this place too bad, I wasn't expecting the Ritz for what I paid so I can't say I was disappointed. The girl on the reception was very friendly & under a massive amount of pressure due to the fact that the foreign cleaners that they employ had cleaned only the rooms that they had wanted to rather... This hotel is not as nice in real life as it is in the photos on the website. The whole hotel is very cluttered with far too much furniture and feels small because of this. Our room was very large but had several unnecessary items (an extra table, an extra cupboard) which made it feel crowded. The TV provided was... More
