Excellent location and good quality rooms, the breakfast was quite satisfactory and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed, The only problem is parking which is on street. On one night the nearest we could find a space was a ten minute walk away. Good job it was not raining.

The staff were very welcoming, I was viven a front facing room with a partial sea view. The room was clean and comfortable as expected with Best Western, but needed refreshing decor etcetera was dated. I didn't eat in th hotel in the evening so can't review the restaurant but enjoyed breakfast. I wouldn't have any qualms with staying again.

I was so surprised to see such negative and harsh. Last December they had a fire which closed down the original dining room. Yet within four days the staff had re located the dining room and lounge area. I visited in March and was very impressed at their ability to carry on as if nothing had happened. The staff cannot... I got horribly lost in the hotel. There seemed to be so many different ways of entering/exciting the hotel that I got lost almost every time I left my room. Wifi was of average connection but would often drop in the evening. Staff were pleasant and helpful and knew the local area (a plus)

You can tell this was once a fantastic seaside hotel. You can only imagine the guests of days gone by, visiting to get sea air as they walk on the promenade. Sadly now its run down and tired. It's clean and serves a purpose being so close to the channel tunnel but you wouldn't rush to return. It would be... More

This hotel was built at the turn of the century, so please don't complain about it needing a re vamp. That is an insult. Some one said it needed freshening up, it is like many hotels it takes a bit of time and effort to keep up. Who ever you are you will be glad to know that they are... More

As usual the bed was comfortable the room was clean, the staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent but the en suite was the smallest I have ever seen - hats off to the plumber that managed to fit a bathroom into such a small space. There was some decorating work going on in a room near reception... More
