Staff very friendly and helpful as the lift had broken down and we were helped up the stairs with our cases. We stayed in the langhorne after a long trip from Scotland and prior to our euro tunnel trip over to France. No cold water in bathroom,I was boiled in hot water there.Telephone in my room was not worked properly.Hotel room was dirty.My always friendly dog was badly attacked and injured by another dog on steps of the hotel.Dangererous place to stay in.Old with poor decor,with very cheap shabby paint off furniture,tiny tv.Very sad. our family stayed in the spacious family room, which was comfortably large. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, also the breakfast was good. When we will travel from England to the mainland by Eurotunnel again, we want to stay here again.

I was booked into another hotel, but they had overbooked so put me in the Langhorne instead.
