We had an overnight stay en rout and found it to be a little bit scary at night because a gang was sitting outside costa drinking and smoking and kicking stainless steel dishes around. But staff were very nice and the bed was comfy rooms were clean apart from the bathroom which was a bit dirty around the bath also... More

One does not expect 5 star facilities for £33 a night, but generally we were disappointed. This is an ex-Travelodge which has not been updated. The bed was clean and comfortable but the curtains were heavy with grime, and the net curtain was absolutely filthy. The armchair and sod-bed were grimy with age and usage. We were initially impressed that... More

We booked this hotel at short notice to visit Leeds and see War of the Worlds the Arena tour (excellent by the way). All the Leeds hotels were either booked or very expensive 5 star ones, so, since we knew the area I booked this Metro Inn at £33 for a family room. Arrival time was posted at 1400 but... More

We just wanted to stay somewhere low cost, but clean and tidy on our road trip north. The metro inns served the purpose and I would stay here again. It is not fancy or flash but has everything you need and for the price, you can't complain really!

Stayed here when it was a very tired Travelodge - that was several months ago and the total lack of any refurbishment means it is a truly woeful experience. I've seen the reviews and can only assume these are from members of the company pretending to be travelers or people without any experience of acceptable standards of hotel accommodation. The... Stayed for a single night for £30. Clean room in need of refurbishment, but this budget hotel has no frills and is the better for it. Ate a microwaved meal, connected to the FREE WiFi and in our room, had a nice relaxing evening and a decent shower. Its not posh, but then again for £30 it was great value.

Stayed one night while going to a local venue. Price only £33 and room can accommodate 3 people so on that basis, absolute bargain. Room was clean and had a very quiet night. An ex-Travelodge so you know what the room will be like. No issues at all for us. The fact you get a fridge and a microwave in... More

Myself and family were visiting friends for a christening in the area, Ended up booking into this Hotel due to the fact that it was the place most of the party were stopping, it’s had a few bad reviews in the past but for one night (and the price) I was happy to take a chance, the room was spacious...
