Stayed here for one night (business trip). The hoel was ok and it was clean - but the furnishings are old and very, very dated.. The place does seem overly expensive for what you get. Huge gripe was that I had booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. A decent hotel wouldn't make mistakes like that. more

We stayed at the Cedar Court in May 2006 for our wedding night and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The room was beautiful, the staff were excellent (except one female receptionist who was very rude) and the food was to die for! Hotel is acceptable, rooms are generally clean, if very noisy however the front desk service leaves a lot to be desired. Customers skipping lines are openly welcomed whilst others who wait their turn are greeting with disdain. I suspect many front of house staff are on some sort of local employment scheme as they are not even appropriately dressed. more
