This hotel is unbelievable. Basil Faulty would be proud! It is not close to the airport - almost 50 quid in a Black Cab. The bar had one brand of beer The tops fell off all of the bar stools. The wine cellar was closed - we has some duty free wine in our luggage which the bartender said was ok to bring down to the bab BUT he had no idea how to draw a cork. The restaurant was closed at 8.00PM. (We arrived after this from Edinburgh) The bar menu had one steak (not 2) everything else was not available. The beds had no pillowslips. It goes on and on. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have travelled on business for > 20 years and this equals my worst experience which was in Berlin. The breakfast (surprisingly) was ok. This hotel is a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to my wost enemy. more
