The hotel itself in the public areas is lovely and well presented, the bar is nice although a later opening would be nicer for us with young children who have been out to see shows and dont want to have to rush back for it closing. our room could have been nicer, it was very small and there was nowhere... more

We had two family rooms booked for the weekend. Arriving around midday after a long journey we were disappointed that the rooms weren't ready. The receptionist asked us to return after 2.30pm.
