What a nightmare. We booked in for two nights over Easter. We paid extra for a sea view and it was nearly 100pounds per night. A wonderful hotel a real gem with wonderful sea views and fantastic staff. If you are looking for high quality accommodation (the hotel has a lift and good size rooms) that isn't part of a big group (no personality and bland, clinical rooms) then this is it. Their brochure tells you that holidaymakers have been visiting the Stewart for a couple of centuries and you can feel the history in this traditional old building.
