Last minute break and was fantastic as usual at this lovely place, had a different room (room 6 ) and was wonderful, beams, sofa, double and a single bed, bath and wonderful seaviews, usual hearty breakfast and nothing is too much trouble, just ask.Carn wait to return.

....of course I mean my good lady!! The sun was streaming through the window of Room 7 as our morning alarm!! Beautiful view of the harbour. A truly wonderful stay, room 7 was amazing as was the whole B&B! 100% for your hospitality Jo!! A really lovely lady !! Excellent location!! This was our first stay at the Duke of York, and won't be the last. We stayed at this hotel , with friends , while we were in the UK on our honeymoon. Back in late 2013 Rooms were great , they all had a balcony . The food was great views of the beach fantastic Thank you guys for a lovely time. And hopes to go back there one day .

stayed for 1 night and was the best short holiday ever. the staff are very nice and friendly and the family room we stayed in was fab. the breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from and the view from the room was super.and my two girls loved it.just wished we could of stayed longer cant wait...
