Ok the pubs a little dated, but if you want a few drinks in friendly surroundings like we did yesterday, and maybe sing a few songs on karaoke then its ok. We went in Sunday afternoon of May bank holiday and enjoyed it so much, will defo be back.

Just returned from a night in the lord nelson with small children . The staff were helpfull but the hotel is very run down carpets are disgusting .
