We stayed for a night, very welcoming staff, nice clean room, not much of a view but the hotel is in a central position so it is to be expected. food nice in the adjoining restaurant we had the meal deal which is brilliant value. The restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. all in all a great place...

This hotel was booked through the company's website, which along with all the facilities (on-site restaurant, etc), clearly stated parking.
However, a week after booking, I received an email to state that parking WASN'T included, and therefore needed to be paid seperately. This was a concern, as this was our first-time in the area, and we had no knowledge of...

we chose this hotel because it was one of the cheapest we could find and I use premier inn when on business and am impressed. This one doesnt let them down, good quality, clean, comfy beds, helpful staff and great central location all helped to make the weekend very enjoyable.
We used this as base to look around scarborough, rooms (as ever with permier inn) were clean tidy fresh and modern. A bonus was the large windows and lovely view to the front aspect of the hotel. The staff on the reception desk were really aproachable with great local knowledge, they made us feel instantly welcome without a push for...

A well located hotel. Being relatively new bedrooms were fresh and well appointed for a "budget hotel". Noise could be a problem; we like to sleep with windows open and first night of 2 we were woken at 3am by squabling seagulls! But rooms are effectively triple glazed and the next night we had them firmly closed and relied on...

I've just returned from this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and it was well located.
We paid extra for the breakfast which I would recomment as it seen us through to dinner.
The only downside is the lack of parking. Although you can park in the car park opposite from...
