We are a family of 4 and we stayed for a weekend in a family room, the room was spacious and comfortable, very cosy beds/bedding,really clean bathroom with bath and shower,we paid for breakfast and kids got theirs free with every paying adult ,lots of choice cereals/fruit/toast/crumpets/croissants/muffins/yogurt and cooked breakfast too, breakfast served from 7-11 i would suggest to go before 9... We stay here every year when visiting friends, this year I was very disappointed with the breakfast service. There appeared to be only one member of staff around. We had to wait for a table to be cleared, then wait again for cutlery to be washed only to find the hot food selection overcooked and uninviting.. I would rather pay... More

If some of the customers took on board the friendly, polite and helpful attitude of all the staff we met here you couldn't fault the place, unfortunately that wasn't the case. I still can't believe how people seem unaware that people in surrounding rooms don't want to listen to constant running, banging, jumping from their neighbours. On a positive note... More

We had been at flamingo land and we decided to stay an extra night so we could have longer in the park. I booked via the internet on my phone for a family room. My partner double checked it before I put it through. We arrived at the hotel at 10.30 that night only to be told that there was... More

Located on the southern side of the south front. Tram down to beach is 60 yards away and takes 2-3 mins costing 80p per person. Car park opposite is free from 6pm to 9am and and money paid before 6 pm rolls over to after 9 am. Receptionist was polite and very helpful. Rooms 220 and 221 family and twin... More

Stayed for 2 nights in a family room (#120), 2 adults and 2 children. The room met all our requirements as did the hotel. Premier Inns are consistent in quality with few surprises, check-in staff very friendly and helpful. We ate in the adjoining Brewers Fayre for breakfast and took advantage of the early bird dinner offer and all the... More

We stayed here as a family of 4. The rooms were spotless and a decent size. The only problem we had whilst staying here was the constant noise of the seagulls, and also the noisy beer garden to the rear of the hotel, which is not Premier Inns fault. Would stay here again.

First time we have stayed here. I was a bit worried about the parking from reading previous reviews but the palm court multi storey car park across the road worked for us as we didn't need our car for the 3 nights we were there. £10/24 hours was fine for us but our friends staying in the travel lodge could... The hotel was fine, staff polite and went that little bit extra to make us comfortable - however the adjoining Brewers Fayre restaraunt was truly awful. Our table of 15 was booked weeks in advance for a celebration, the booking was checked and confirmed upon arrival, checked again on the morning of our celebration only to be told half an... More

We returned to the hotel on the 6th July this year after coming 3 times in the last 3 years. As always , the service was great and staff very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and the lady who replenished our towels etc did a fantastic job. After 4 nights, we left on Fri 10th July feeling... More
