Stayed at the Premier Inn in January for a seaside Winter break. Parking available across the road charges apply 9am-6pm but as Scarborough has very limited free parking best to budget an extra £10 per night. Usual standard rooms good and everything expected for a Premier Inn. Only one small point is that you only have two coffee portions left... More

Took a weekend break in Scarborough as it it was my birthday and we fancied a random night away and a visit to the Sealife centre. Really enjoyed our break and the room was lovely. We stayed in a MASSIVE family room and appreciated the space, warmth, comfort and cleanliness. It was RIGHT next to the coast, shops, theatre, restaurants... More

1st time in a premier inn. Pros. Good sized family room, comfy beds, very clean, good shower, lovely and quiet (although see below) Cons. No hairdryer in room, no plug sockets next to (fixed) mirror to dry/style hair, no way of contacting reception from room, no way out if fire starts on landing, possible noise (herd of elephants) from room... Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable room. Extremely helpful and charming staff throughout. They go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Even parking wasn't a problem despite the fact that there is no designated parking for the hotel. Very convenient for shopping and yet not too noisy overnight.

Stayed here boxing day for tree nights but been dozens of times from its opening -location is centrally situated for town and seafront area. No parking but plenty available close by. We park in the Palm Court locked car park opposite side of the road. All the staff was great especially the guys on at night friendly and welcoming. Felt... More

Check in was easy. No parking on site but we used Palm court which is a reasonable £10 for 24 hours. As expected from premier inn rooms were clean and comfortable, great location for nearby restaurants and bars if you need them, we were travelling with our son and the carousel pub attached is family friendly and it's nice to... The location of this Premier Inn is fantastic and is only a couple of minutes to the shops. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. The adjoining restaurant is very reasonably priced. Parking is not great, although you can use the multi storey across the road for £10 per day. I would definitely stay here again.
