Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable lounge, lifts that worked and the rooms were excellent, thought had gone into the decor of the rooms including the public rooms and the rooms for wheelchair access were the best I have experienced. We stayed for 2 nights , one of them having the evening meal there ( !st class ). i write this with special compliments to all staff they were superb always there to help when we needed them the most! overall rating in my eyes was 5* never mind the 4*.... i enjoyed every minuite of it and will be back very soon the hotel is lovely and highly recommended to anyone wanting a break! more
