Enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Friendly owners, staff and the dogs. Lost our way first night and missed the dinner. Owner, Mark called to make sure we were ok and prepared sandwiches for our arrival. Nice view! Clean, quiet farm and it was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The dogs are so friendly and my son really... More

The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The farm is wonderful, my 4 year old grandson really enjoyed our stay. Slept in for breakfast on the last day, kitchen staff sent us breakfast in our room. Comfortable lounge, lovely conservatory. The rooms are really lovely, but would not recommend the pet friendly room unless you had a dog, bit... More

Lovely location surrounded by beautiful scenery - great conservatory area to enjoy those views from. Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Fabulous big breakfast! More important than all of that however are the very friendly owners and staff who show a personal interest in each of their guests. Could not be more impressed!

A fabulous spot near Scarborough and Whitby. Wonderful views and so quiet. The place could do with a make - over as it all seemed a bit 'tired' . Our room was ok but one bedside light didn't work and the sheets on the bed had not been ironed (were very creased) also it was a twin room and the... More

What a fabulous weekend, warm & welcoming. Service was excellent and staff, owners were friendly, helpful and went beyond expectation to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was the best nights sleep we all had in a long while, beds so comfortable. I did have reservations before booking but completely forgot about this once I arrived. Beautiful setting... More

Good service and friendly accommodating staff. Very relaxing location. Really enjoyed walking around the working farm and seeing the farm animals. Food was good although not amazing. My only gripe (and its a small one) is the light in the bathroom comes on automatically when you open the door which can be a pain in the middle of the night.

Only spent one night. Comfortable adequate bedroom, good towels, bed comfortable. Had to work out how to switch on bedside lights - you just touched them! Staff all very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the view from the restaurant, and the lovely food, which we ordered from the menu and daily specials menu, in the car on the way up!... More

A lovely location and very friendly. Also dog friendly. Food good. We only stayed one night on route, but would consider going back for a longer period to explore the area. Wi-Fi availability very useful.
