We just had the most wonderful short break, staying in the Grainary B&B for a few days, rooms are very comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy your stay, comfy beds, amazing views en-suite, tea and coffee making facilities etc. The food in the restaurant is second to none, and the views from the cnservatory restaurant are just stunning.... Whilst out for the day enjoying Gods own country we decided to look for a lunch venue and found this hidden gem. Situated on a farm in beautiful Harwood Dale this place is a delight. We sat in a conservatory with views over the farm pond with geese roaming around the grass and chose from a small but varied menu.... More

I visited The Grainary with 20 friends to visit various sites around North Yorkshire and to enjoy driving on some of the beautiful back roads on the North Yorkshire Moors. The location of The Grainary may only be 7 miles from Scarborough but it feels as it is in the middle of nowhere and the views are fantastic. The accommodation,... More

Stayed for four nights over easter. We were very pleased with the accommodation, food, welcome, friendliness and personal attention that we received. We Loved the scenery and the close proximity to Scarborough. The added interest of the farm and it's animals made this break special and we hope to visit again.

I took a trip to Scarborough and the Coast on a day off from filming and had a lovely contrast staying at the farm with my dog who loved it especially as there is a lake to swim in omfi room and great to have my own access to outside.

Stayed at the Grainary for two nights with our Grandchildren, we all loved it, from the food, fabulous views, seeing all the animals, the walk round the lake, the lovely family that run the Grainary and the three family dogs that brought you a ball every time you arrived back at the farm. Would definitely recommend it to any family... More

I booked a couple of nights at the Grainary for me, my wife and two young girls. I didn't really know what to expect with the farm element but it was awesome! The food was delicious, the rooms were lovely, the service was impeccable and personal, the farm is great for the girls with plenty to see and do. An... More
