Stayed for just one night, we were made very welcome, the room was clean and well decorated with a great view over the harbour, Breakfast excellent (but not available until 9.30am). I don't think it could be bettered for location, standard and value for money

I do not think you will be able to find better bed and breakfast accommodation in Scarborough. Allison, the owner, ensured that we had everything to make us comfortable and the food was excellent. All the staff were more than helpful and we thorughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are superb ( and the sun was shining while we were there)

Stayed in lovely twin room, which was immaculate with everything we needed. Breakfast was superb. Excellent location with harbour views. Would recommend with no hesitation. Friendly host.

I went to Scaborough with my boyfriend and we stayed the night at The Ivy House. The room (Elizabeth Swann) was beautiful and very clean. The food was excellent and the staff were very welcome. The beach was literally outside with perfect views of the harbour
