On approach the hotel was clean bright, fresh looking and welcoming.. Staff very professional. Rooms clean airy and spacious Bath and showers both were great. Only thing i missed was more storage facilities.. A wardrobe would be great . Downside didnot find bed or pillows at all comfortable.

when we arrived there was work being carried out on the hotel but the staff moved us to a sea view room because of the noise of the works going on but the sea view and the beautiful smell of the sea made that seem as though it wasn't there

I stayed here for one night last Friday as I was going to an event in Scarborough. The plus points were the room and hotel in general were clean, the staff were friendly & helpful, the bed was comfy and the location was good. The not so good points were only one double power socket which wasn't enough for a kettle,... More

On arriving there was a noticeable smell of drains in the foyer which wasn't a good first impression. As far as the room goes, well it was clean and tidy though not as spacious... More

The room was clean and we had a great view. One problem was only having one towel in the room, but this was quickly rectified on contacting reception and we received another towel. Would like more access to Wi-Fi for longer than 30 minutes in one hit.

The Travelodge is in a convenient central location with sea/costal views from some rooms. The facilities were clean, comfortable, bright and refurbished, the staff very helpful. The minimalist Travelodge decor is slightly at variance with the Victorian architecture of what must have been a fine hotel in its day. But it remains a charming location. Parking is an issue. We... Just stayed at Travelodge Scarborough again and I must say it has improved since the renovations. Had a great room with a great view. All staff were friendly and price was great. Scarborugh is also a great place to spend a weekend.

Great position, walking distance from town, beach and railway station. We had a nice room, very spacious. The food was reasonable and good portions. Breakfast was good value. Would definitely stay again.
