We visited Scarborough with friends, the ladies went to a show at the Open air Theatre which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was fine with tea/coffee TV etc typical seaside hotel. The main attraction for me was the outdoor terrace with a fantastic view of the cricket ground (where Yorkshire were playing)you get a better view than... We had the pleasure of staying at the Boundary hotel in Scarborough this week. Found the hotel on the internet and luckily they had one room left. The proprietors are a lovely couple who keep an exceptional hotel. The hotel has a veranda with seating on the edge of Scarborough Cricket ground where Yorkshire were playing Sunday to Wednesday. We... More

We stayed here on Saturday night as it was very handy for the open air theatre. When we drove up to the hotel the outside was clean and fresh with flower tubs beside the door . I also noticed they had been awarded 5 stars for kitchen cleanliness which was reassuring. The landlord greeted us and showed my husband where to... More

We opted for the deluxe room and yes we had a four poster bed a sofa and a good bit of space a nice on suite but it was all a bit dated/worn, cheap biscuits and uht milk. it lack that bit of care that you would expect for a room named deluxe after removing my case from the top... More

Booked this place for 11 grown men youngest 50 6 rooms only for the hotel to phone back to say they don't take large booking even after we explained we were all publicans and go to scarborough every year with no problems looks like we'll have to go back to the royal which is ok but on the top of... Our website clearly states that we do not take single sex groups (for obvious reasons). You still tried to book and was surprised when we declined your business. You did not stay at the Boundary so your review is just a bit spitefull More

This little find was a bonus. We booked as it was within walking distance of Scarborough open air theatre when going to see Status Quo. It would be great to have views of Yorkshire cricket team as the hotel has a balcony with excellent views over the ground. We watched a junior side and really enjoyed the afternoon.

Stayed here in September for two nights. Typical sea side B&B The hotel is clean and comfortable, the owners David and his lovely wife were very nice and the breakfast a full English was spot on. The wifi is very poor in the lounge area and can't get a signal at all in the bedrooms. The parking is an issue out... More

My husband, son and I stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this for my cricket loving men and it did not disappoint. We had a family room with connecting door which, although not huge, was adequate for Summer break. The owners were very friendly and breakfast was an adequate start to the day. The shower room was very small... More
