Stayed at this establishment with my husband during a walking holiday on the South West Coast path. Decor and furnishings were very outdated, lots of frills and patterns!! Like being in a 70/80's time warp. Very friendly welcoming hosts. We did not have en suite which was a bit of a pain, although there was a sink in our room. The seperate bathroom was adequate although the 'shower' was the push on tap sort which was a bit weak. One thing that did make us laugh was the gong that was struck when breakfast was ready. What was all that about?? Very good location, within easy walking distance of the town centre. You get what you pay for here. Ok for a one night stay. more
