Very friendly hosts, comfortable rooms with good bathing facilities, excellent parking and conveniently situated near Sidmouth. Lovely stay and dog friendly and excellent pub just across the road. Highly recommended.

We stayed here at the beginning of June. This was our third stay, and we like room five, mainly because it's on the ground floor and overlooking the garden. Coffee served in the lounge on arrival was most welcome - Thank you. Kim gave us a tour of the rooms and they all looked well presented and spotlessly clean, comfortable... More

I found the `Barn and Pinn` on the internet and we wanted to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary whilst spending time with our little dog Pepsi for a week. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, enjoying a chat with our hosts over coffee on the cottage patio. By the time we left we were in... More

We have stayed many times before but we keep coming back. Why? Is it the banter and craiche with Mine Host Peter and the attentive service of his wife Kim? Is it the lovely, comfortable room with all the facilities we need? Is it the wonderfully restored old buildings set in those beautiful gardens? Is it the superb choice and... More

We stayed for two nights across the weekend. We arrived to our own parking space reserved and a friendly welcome from the owner, Kim who showed us around. The room was absolutely spotless and there was a good selection of teas, coffees, biscuits etc etc. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on and we both had... More

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. With regard to your Breakfast, our full English Breakfast does not include Baked Beans. The Menu clearly shows what elements are offered on our Breakfasts but occasionally we have requests for Baked Beans, fried bread or Hash Browns. If you wished to omit eg mushrooms and a sausage... We stayed here for the third consecutive year. Kim and Peter's friendly enthusiasm to make the holiday memorable continues to amaze. The breakfasts are wonderful with a choice of three fish options plus vegetarian. They seem willing to accommodate any needs and found space to store our tandem in their garage. The rooms are to a very high standard of... More
