We would recommend this b&b to anyone, we stayed for one night, we would liked to have stayed longer but could not this time, we hope to stay again soon. We had the last room, it was compact but we had our own entrance, the room and shower were spotless, we had everything that we needed, the breakfast was one... More

This is a nicely put together BandB with lots of nice touches. They do not provide dinner but are next door to an excellent pub which does some really good food with friendly staff. Dave and Janice's breakfast was super, the room spotless and the bathroom had excellent facilities, especially the shower. We had the last available room, which meant... More

What a fantastic place. Great rooms, great service, fabulous breakfast, great walks, a pretty good pub at the end of the drive and Franklin the cat. The attention to detail is extraordinary and something you would expect in a five star hotel. The owners have created a really lovely place to stay...can't wait to go back.

I cannot praise this accommodation or the hosts enough and would recommend Ash Farm to anyone. The room was well designed and I was shown the other rooms by my host which were all different and equally superb. I stayed in the room that was not en-suite but this was really not a problem and indeed I had a large... More

Stayed here for 2 months earlier this year and I cant recommend it highly enough. Quiet, clean, comfortable with a very friendly and helpful owner. I stayed initially in one of the 'Fruit Store' Rooms which was very nice. Then moved into an apartment style room which was just fantastic. I'd stay here every time I'm in the area, its... More

My wife and I have just returned from attending the RHS Tatton Park Flower Show this year and we're fortunate enough to book the last available room. The Guest House is situated in a small village right next to a lovely pub, don't that put up off, we experienced no noise or disturbance in fact, just the opposite. How nice... More

Our hosts were warm and friendly. The room we stayed in had an immense bed, which was very comfortable. Generally the place was immaculate. They had an extensive breakfast list and the things we chose - full breakfast and eggs Benedict- we're cooked to perfection. Dunham Massey is within walking distance and Manchester City Centre is easy to get to... More

We chose this Bed and Breakfast as it was central for everything we wanted to see in the area. Everything was wonderful from the room to the breakfast. Nothing more could have been done to make our stay more perfect. Would recommend to anyone

This is a lovely B&B. The owners were friendly and helpful with an excellent breakfast selection (full English, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, etc). There is also a decent pub next door for dinner and drinks. Definitely recommended.
