Room wasn't very clean, all light fittings hanging from the wall (didn't work anyway). Shaver point in bathroom hanging down. Carpets were threadbare. Didn't find it very close to the airport also Couldn't have found the hotel without first ringing the hotel to ask for directions. The car park was actually the Co op supermarket car park of which there... More

I was working in the area and stayed in this hotel for a few nights. I found it a little dated, however it was tidy and the staff were friendly. Although I didn't eat in the hotel, there were a lot of nice bars and restaurants within a two minutes walk.

Firstly it is really rather smelly, dark, dank and in good need of decoration. I don't think it has been cared for since the 1970s and it certainly shows. Secondly, I'm sure like us, you might be fooled by the parking offer and proximity to the airport. It is neither particularly close to the airport and the parking is somewhere... More

We horrified about the condition of the room and the hotel in general. Both curtains were hanging off the rail, the room was shabby and dirty with a carpet on which we were reluctant stand in bare feet. One of the pillows was missing its pillowcase and lying down the bed rather than its place. Neither of the spare pillows... More

Having arrived here for a night stay over during midweek we arrived at this hotel and found parking was in the co-op car park which was not a good start at all. After booking and entering our room my partner and i just stared at each other in disbelief at the filth we had walked into. The windows were filthy... More

Don't be fooled by some of the worst reviews. This hotel isn't the Ritz, but nor is it 'Earls Court Gardens Hotel' (check THAT place out!!) Anyway As it appears I may have suffered worse experiences than some other hotel clients, therefor my expectations being lower than most, this hotel falls very much into what i'd think is 'Average :... Booked this through holiday extras, never in my life have I come across anything like this. The manager abused us, the hotel receptionist was rude aggressive and abusive. Book at your own risk. The hotel was dirty on arrival, the reception area was disgusting with a horrible stench, the hotel receptionist was horrible, the bins outside were over flowing, the... More

Six of us stayed in two rooms for one night prior to flying the next morning from Manchester airport. The family room was very cramped with very little room to move especially as we had all of our luggage for a two week holiday with us. The beds were ok but the room was very hot and there was no...
