A fantastic hotel in lovely countryside. Excellent food and staff. One of the best we have stayed in. Lots to do in the area, and a nice walk round the Loch at the rear of the hotel. more

Maybe we stayed at a bad time but our experience didn't quite live up to some of the other reviews on this site. We were there at a weekend & the place was packed - though you'd only know it at breakfast time as otherwise the hotel was very quiet. The room was very small - smaller than any hotel... more
We very much enjoyed our two night stay at the Loch Kinard and would recommend the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. more
My wife and I booked a 4 night stay at the Loch Kinord at the end of July 2007. We wanted to stay in the area and after looking at the hotel website and reading several excellent reviews on here decided on the Loch Kinord. In line with most of the reviews we found the owner,Andrew and his staff very... more
My husband and I stayed at the Loch Kinord 6 years ago, although that was not our original plan. Fantastic hotel with friendly and efficent staff. Went out of their way to accommodate elderly father so that he could have a ground floor room and to give us early entry to room so we could attend a wedding. Breakfast was fantastic and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. more

Room comfortable and tastefully decorated overlooking the garden where you can sit on a nice sunny evening. Owner and staff all very efficient, friendly and helpful ensuring our stay was most enjoyable. Food is... more
Owner Andrew Cox was superb! Coming from Canada, we were hesitant about staying in a cabin since ours can be quite primitive offering just the basics. These cabins were quiet, immaculate and extremely comfortable. It was the best accommodation we had on our three-week trip to England, Scotland and France. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly helping us... more
Firstly, a warm welcome on arrival. A relaxed and cosy atmosphere. A comfortable room. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent whether in the first class restaurant or the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back again. more
What a outstanding hotel this proved to be for only a 3 star status. My wife and myself stayed here for three nights on a short break to get some rest and relaxation. We had read the reviews so we expected it would be a good choice for what we were looking for. It not only lived up to but... more
