Rooms were small, but clean. Great location in Bedford. Would have been nicer if I had been in the tower. Did not seem to care about my Carlton Preferred Membership. If i stay there again, I would insist on being in the tower portion.

Have stayed at the Park Inn on business quite a few times over the last few years and have seen a gradual improvement with the reception and dining areas being the latest to be refurbished. Went to a wedding reception, didn't actually stay at the hotel. The bar staff were absolutely terrible! Didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing.
