Totally shocking. I can not believe that anybody would stay here. The rooms were filthy, particularly the en-suite. In fact the conditions were squalid. They then charge you £64 for the pleasure. Booked based on positive reviews here, we must've been in a different hotel. The Graham Arms is a smelly pub and room was the same.
