I could not begin to say how great the staff and everyone at the Graham Arms Hotel were in accomodating us and providing a top class function in Billys bar. The buffet food was superb the bar staff friendly and the breakfasts and evening meals were outstanding value. This is a great venue to hold your function if you are... more

My wife and I have returned for our 2nd wedding anniversary. On our arrival we noticed the hotel has been repainted and lovely flower baskets and disabled ramp access. We were met by Stewart the manager and his staff whom made us most welcome, and was keen to show us his new bar area and lounge followed by a view... more

This was a step back into the past! The rooms were dated, although the beds were very comfortable. I don't think the sofa cushions had ever been moved, as there were crumbs and a pair of nail clippers underneath. The television was very small for the size of room. We stayed in a room overlooking the main street, which was... more

When i read Cambridgechews review i thought oh,oh, i had already booked the hotel as part of a friends wedding, to be honest i and all the wedding party of twenty six had no problems,no complaints about the rooms apart from some appear to be a little dated, i spoke to the manager and he said the owners are in... more

Totally shocking. I can not believe that anybody would stay here. The rooms were filthy, particularly the en-suite. In fact the conditions were squalid. They then charge you £64 for the pleasure. The staff were VERY unproffesional in fact my wife and I thought they were locals in the pub, certainly not staff. I have never seen anything like it... more

This review was brought to my attension by a member of staff, normally we let reviews run without comment, however this review is totally inapropriate. Some rooms in the hotel are beginning to show their age but are certainly not "squalid".The comment about the regional accents of the staff is outrageous. This is cetainly not a "smelly pub" as can be seen...

Just returned from our wedding weekend at the Graham Arms. Forty of us (21 of us staying at the Graham Arms) travelled up from Stoke and had an amazing weekend. We organised everything with a couple of phone calls and a few e-mails. After our wedding at Gretna (about ten minutes drive) we had a wonderful three course meal in... more

We went to the Graham Arms hotel for our friends' wedding. They got married at Gretna Green and had the reception at the hotel. The staff were lovely especially Stuart, Vikki and Holly. We also loved having an Evertonian chef on the Thursday! The staff really made our friends' wedding special - nothing was too much trouble! We would certainly... more

Having just spent a couple of days at the hotel, in i might add one of their refubished rooms i can give this place top marks for food and friendliness, the staff can not do enough for you especially the manager Stewart, a jovial jock!! Having read the other reviews i wonder if some people expect a little to much... more

Booked based on positive reviews here, we must've been in a different hotel. The Graham Arms is a smelly pub and room was the same. Despite the new smoking ban, the room stunk of stale smoke and certainly had not been renovated in the past 20 years. Old beds, old matresses, carpet in the bathroom (!) which was tiny, old... more
