Hotel was great. No complaints. Very clean, very comfortable and very friendly staff. Not happy with the Beefeater next door though where the service and menu was poor. Slow service with staff who seemed disinterested.

My husband & I stayed here for two nights we were attending a family wedding. Very impressed with receptioin staff very friendlyand efficient.The room was lovely and clean plenty of hot water. We had our breakfast next door which was excellent plenty of food. Service was excellent

This is still nice and new and shiny and clean: that's good. Room was a good size. After that it goes downhill ... The mattress was lumpy, and there was a lot of noise from the busy road outside. We have stayed here twice now. Paid around £72 a night so not overly cheap but the rooms are spacious and clean. It's attached to a restaurant / pub which do lovely food and quite reasonable.
