It's right on the motorway with terribly cheap rooms, awful smell, dirty bedding. Very slack reception and no phones to call reception and very long walks to rooms with no features for disabilities! Needed an iron so had to walk round the whole hotel to get back to reception only to find that the desk is closed on a Sunday... More

We were visiting South Yorkshire to visit family and stayed in the family room for two nights. The room was large and very clean. Every member of staff was helpful, polite and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was amazing value and cooked fresh to order (by a lovely chef who came in personally to see us). All in... More

The only way a can describe it , it's like putting your bed next to the M1 motorway in 100% heat . Can't open the window because the noise is horrific , and the rooms have no ventilation and are boiling hot

All the staff were friendly and very helpful, got shown to my room which was a lot better than I expected. The bed was really comfy, breakfast was good. Also their was a wedding the day I arrived and I had a look at the room and it looked absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend to anybody.

My cousin and her bride booked this venue for their wedding. The afternoon food was served an hour later than previously agreed. The salad was warm and the chicken looked unappetising. Most things on the menu weren't available and the staff were continually complaining - highly unprofessional. When the evening buffet was served a duster had been left on the heaters so... More

It's not even worth writing about but wanted to warn others, the service is terrible (not what you agreed on), management are abusive and make you feel belittled, food is well below par heated up frozen crap, a salad a rabbit would still go hungry on half a tomato and 2 sprigs of lettuce this is a main meal? staff/dj's...
