The Hotel is ok for a one night stay, very basic. It was mostly clean but the shower curtain had mould on and the bathroom doors was covered in toothpaste and didn’t look like it had been wiped down for a least a year. I could not believe the cheek of the hotel, the booking confirmation said we could check... More

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now when working in the area and not wanting to do a very late night drive home and back again the next morning although loads of guests find the place not to the comfort and spec of a 5 star hotel and leave very negative feed back I find it... More

Stayed here with my partner and my 8 year old son . My mother and sister also stayed in a separate room. £35 per room it's obviously not a luxury hotel but it was clean, comfortable , warm . Plenty of towels , good parking , the room was well kept . My son is autistic and had a meltdown... More

It's a bit odd that this place is in the middle of an industrial estate, and the price was low but you definitely get what you pay for.... The staff were friendly but the room was basic, on the plus side it was clean, and the shower was hot and powerful, however, the mattress on the bed was so old... More

I stayed here for 6 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Also nice and quiet. I found the staff very helpful and cheerful.Nothing was too much trouble. If anything, the bed was a little hard. The breakfast was cooked nice and fresh. It was a big breakfast. Yes I would stay here again. You do need a car to... More

I never knew such a place could exist. Straight away I noticed the grubby carpets. The curtains were filthy, old and tatty. The only plug socket in the room didn't work properly, couldn't use my lap top for work, because I couldn't charge it. The bathroom was filthy with a leak coming from the taps which also gave off a... More

Well...Im not quite sure where to start. I am complaining first thing in the morning. If it wasnt for the fact my children are tired and we have somewhere important to be early in the morning I would have drove home and travelled back the next day for our event. Rooms are cramped and musty. Run down. Bed rock hard... More

So where to start, I have stayed here a couple of times but after this visit I will be staying. away even if the room where free. From a TV that didn't work, a bathroom that's sounds like it has tunnellers coming through to having no electricity for most the (cold) evening and of course the heater is electric. I... More

I booked the Restover Lodge Hotel last minute and got a discount because it was new to Hotels.com. The place has a tired and run-down feel to it, and was hidden away in the middle of an industrial estate. I couldn't log on the the wi-fi in my room and when I went to reception they rebooted the router and... More

i had tried to book a premier inn but could nt find one at the saver rate. so found this hotel at a similar price.thats where the similarities ended.judging by the style of building and the layout i would say this used to be a campanile hotel and as such it looked a bit dated and our room was quite...
