my wife and i stayed at the crown/ representing a coach company to find it was cheaper to book over the internet than to phone as they added on.
on our arrival found reception staff pleasent and friendly.
when we entered our room it was off putting the shower was hanging off the wall plus the soap tray next to it . and worst of all was the amount of hair in the drain hole of the bath i had a shower and it took half hour for the water to drain away, then there was no hot water at all . and the taps had black mould all round them .and the top bed cover was all torn . so over all poor hotel would not recommend it and would not take a coach full of old couples there. at the end of the day its health and safety that matters and this hotel did NOT meet these standards.
When we checked out the staff became off putting for making them do work and never asked if we enjoyed our stay. I have taken photos of the room . more
