Fantastic B&B, under priced in my opinion. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean, immaculate well thought out cozy room, beautiful big bathroom, excellent choice for breakfast and very enjoyable and speedy service and last but not least 2 mins from the town centre. A truely traditional seaside B&B and one not to be missed!! More

What a brilliant hotel !! Our room was clean & comfy, soft fluffy white towels ( unlike some places we have stayed in ), breakfast was excellent & not lacking in variety. We can't fault Joyce & Ray at all, you arrive as strangers & leave as friends. We will definately be staying there again. More
