We paid £99 for two nights B&B and an evening meal. The food and breakfasts were excellent, eggs cooked to order, and plenty of choice. Rooms however were tired and small. Bathroom was tiny!. Bed comfortable and clean, but a lack of plugs meant you had to move a bedside table over to plug the kettle in! Staff very helpful... More

Room was clean, bed comfortable . Room badly needed sprucing up. Smallest bathroom I have ever been in but shower was hot and good. Room overlooked front car park and we were plagued with the noise of pigeons from dawn til dusk. Food was average. Evening meals better than breakfast. Drinks very reasonable.

In some respects this is a lovely hotel with its large public open spaces and with nice places to sit and read or get a drink. The staff are all friendly and helpful and our evening meal was very good. BUT Our room was very bad - in fact it was probably one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed... More

After many years of holidays with a cross-section of accommodation providers in Skegness we have just returned from a superb four-night break at this jewel of service providers which we did not even know existed.in Skegness. The service, (reception, catering and room service) was all of a high standard. The food was plentiful and varied (especially the self-service breakfasts) and the... More

We have stopped in this hotel before, and i must say it is still a good hotel. Excellent location, not far from the beach and a fab walk to Gibraltar Point. Our room was quite small but clean and comfortable and for what we paid for this two night stay it was excellent value.
