the bedroom we stayed in was small ,the breakfast was poor and the hotel smelt strange but you only get what you pay for more

Just returned from a short break to the Fountaindale in Skegness, it was Excellent from the first minute to the Last, the owners made us very welcome, the room was big and spacious, with Shower ensuite, Meals were also excellent, most of them homemade, and puddings were great. All in all excellent short break. more

Having emailed and telephoned my booking through and speaking to the owner (Tracy), (I booked a double ensuite for 2 adults), when I arrived I was told the room was a 3/4 bed with a private bathroom on the landing opposite?
