Spent two nights here with my wife, my brother and sister-in-law. Good parking in front of the hotel, but found the group of local youths belting a football round on the former bowling green next to the car park a bit daunting near my new BMW! Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was on the front of the hotel -... more

Booked through Booking.com and had a bargain rate of £45 per night b & b for a double room, so our expectations were not high. The hotel was set in a residential area of Skegness, in grounds that had once been delightful, but now left something to be desired. (I am thinking here of the lovely bowling green at the... more

I stayed at the Vine Hotel originally I booked 4 nights but checked out after 3.The hotel is 18th cent and is about a mile walk from the centre of Skegness. When I arrived the room allocated was on the top floor so pretty tricky weaving around the old staircase especially with a suitcase. It was prepared nicely with the carpet... more

I stayed at The Vine for three days at the end of April/beginning of May 2008. The location was just perfect - off the beaten track and very handy for the places I needed to visit. This is a very old building an access to my room was a bit tricky up a steep flght of winding stairs. Take care... more

We stayed one night here having booked on the net. The Hotel was a fair walk from the town centre and attactions ( a good mile).positioned at the end of a quiet residential road .However we were not here to enjoy the delights of Skeg . The building was very old built circa 1700 which gave it that quirky feel... more

Away from the seafront and tucked away in a side street, this Hotel is a true find. We were welcomed by the staff on arrival, and found the Hotel to have a really cosy feel, well stocked bars and helpful staff. The room was warm and had all the creature comforts you would expect with a Best Western Hotel. We... more
