Stayed here in October, staff seemed nice enough. Breakfast was lovely. Only complaint is that the ensuite was tiny, the toilet had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, and the bath/shower would not work. The water would come out of the shower head but with nowhere on the wall to attach the shower head, eventually tried to get a... More

Stayed here over the Jubilee weekend and had the most sublime experience. There is nothing to fault in this newly refurbished hotel except a few minor teething problems which can only be expected . The luxurious rooms, warm welcome and excellent cooked breakfast were all deserving of a 5 star hotel. Stay here if you like to be pampered !

The decor is amazing, each bedroom is different, comfy and stylish. The bar is very homely but very modern and sophisticated. Danny is very nice and talkative. The chef is brilliant. It was lovely and quiet being a adult only hotel... Would recommend !!

My wife treated us to a night away for our anniversary at The Crawford. We were greeted warmly by Julie, she's the owner, and Danny who mostly ran the bar but always had time for us. Our room was lovely, big bed, good view of the sea and was clean and fresh. Danny even took the time to explain how... More

Had a short stay here, parking very poor, only got main rd to park on. Room wasn't ready, but was taken into bar area and given a drink while waiting, room very very small, only suitable for a base, staff very helpful, unfortunately because it's newly opened they havn't got full staff yet. Breakfast was faultless,

We stayed at the Crawford for 3 nights in August. First of all cons:- Shown to our room at the back which was very small but adequate, first impression - nicely decorated but curtains were hanging off the hooks, did mention this to Julie so they didn't think it was us but nothing done about it, couldn't see out of... We stayed at the Crawford for the second time this year, to celebrate my 50th birthday, and we had a fabulous time, Julie the owner went out of her way to provide me and my guests with champagne, and birthday cake. They have a new chef now, and he makes the heartiest breakfast imaginable , second to none, the bar... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable break. Julie and all her staff were attentive to my every need, and were thoroughly professional at all times, whilst also making every effort to provide the extra personal touches that made me feel most welcome. I had a lovely room overlooking the sea, with the most comfortable... More
