We stayed in Skegness at a different hotel for 2 nights for the weekend friday and saturday nights and when the weather improved on the sunday we decided we needed another day. With our hotel already booked up we decided to take a quick stroll down south parade to see what we could find. Lucky for us the 'vacancies' light... More

This place is quite nice & the only reason we wouldn't stay again is that Amanda (the owner) made it clear that she took my booking without a payment card as a favour ? (quite strange) anyway we don't give our details over the pnone (end of story) & having said to her that due to us actually turning up... More

Arrived after a 4 hour drive to be confronted by owner with " what's going on here with the booking, you should have booked with me not booking.com". Then told I wouldn't get my money back... More

I booked and then read the reviews, but I cant see what all the fuss and complaints were about, as far as I was concerned it is one of the better B&B's in Skeg on the front and Ive stayed in quite a few over the years. Short walk to the beach and main attractions (approx. 5-10mins to Theatre). Small... More

She was really rude I asked her not to please not talk to me like that. Was then told to [--] off they don't need my money. This was before I ever arrived.... More

I met up with my mother upon her arrival in Skegness who was staying at this guesthouse for one night, in order to help her with her bags etc. up to her room. The landlady's manner was quite abrupt and explained that it is a guesthouse, not a hotel, it was her home, and that people's guests were not allowed... More
