Myself and my partner, stayed here August bank holiday weekend, stayed in room 3, was in reasonably good condition, with shared toilet and shower room, only £90:00 for two nights with breakfast and on site parking, nothing negative about the place, Will definitely return here again.

This is a conveniently located guest house that provides all the old discomfort without any of the charm or service expected from a guest house. The guest rooms are in urgent need of a refit and very uncomfortable to stay in. When refitting the property particular attention will need to be paid to the plumbing as in order to take... More

We were a family of 4 people and booked 1 double room and 1 twin. We were given the double room on the ground floor number 12. The mattress had all the springs going into your backs so we had to put the duvet under us to try and get to sleep, the pillows were big lumps and were very... More

Lovely people working there, but very disappointed overall on our stay. Walls of the rooms very thin, with the continuous snoring coming from the room next door. Shower randomly dripping at 4:00 in the morning. Resulting in us getting no sleep what so ever.

Our third visit here & will definitely come again. Ok rooms are a little dated but the place does exactly what it says on the tin! This place is clean a very friendly welcome, breakfast was fine for us. Private parking is also a bonus. Whiteways boasts being the cheapest B&B in Skegness but don't be fooled this is a... More

Our room was really small with a shower in one corner at the end of the bed and a toilet and wash basin in the other corner behind a sliding door that didn't shut properly! Not really very hygienic in our opinion. Two tea bags between us for the weekend, anymore than that you had to pay for! Neither the... More

This property has a great location. Literally 5-10 minutes stroll to the clock tower, but down a quiet street with free on-street parking. The room we had (no. 10 I think) was a little tired to be honest. However, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and we weren't disturbed by any noise. The breakfast was standard B&B fare,... Need to start on the positive, the owner was so lovely and welcoming we had free parking extended untill the end of the following day and the breakfast was nice. However the room which was on the ground floor at the back (which wasnt a problem) was called en-suite! I didnt think a shower plonked at the end of a... More
